Disgusting Service

The shocking level of customer service and disappointment I have encountered with RSAWEB since January is absolutely shocking. I have had endless issues with them, and the ultimate includes ******** debits from my account and a complete lack of refund from their side and dismal promises from Jaques Esterhuizen the team leader.

Despite numerous emails, they have not refunded me and I consider this to be *****ing because RSAWEB were not authorised to debit these amounts from my account. Their level of disregard for customer satisfaction and financial integrity is appaling and reflects very poorly on the company's reputation.

I have received an explanation and apology, BUT WHERE IS MY REFUND RSAWEB?????? I will be escalating this matter to the relevant authorities and I advise people to stay clear of this company.
