Disgusting Account Service

Don't bother signing with RSAWEB. They threaten you with disconnecting your service for a R245 outstanding amount, despite the fact that ALL your invoices from them have been paid in full with proof of invoice and payment, and then when you email them to request further information on what the outstanding R245 is for, they ignore you for a month and then disconnect you anyway. Absolutely deplorable account service and they treat their customers like dirt.

I did not have one problem with ISPAfrika for years and then, very sadly, RSAWEB bought them out last year and it has been downhill since then. I highly recommend that people stay as far away from RSAWEB and anything they have touched.
