Shocking service!! I have requested for service to only go live from 26 January and have not been advised by them that once installation has been done that we will be billed from that date.We have NOT requested the service to go live.The house is a brand new house.There is not even electricity to the place yet and it has not even been handed over to us yet.Disgusting!Really you guys rob clients!!!I am NOT paying before we use the service.Billing us and we only received the router today!Service should only go live and we be charged from 1March 2023 unless otherwise stated

24 Jan 2023, 12:06I have spoken to Sesethu Time from RSA Web show has helped me with my order. I have first ordered the Metrofibre 50/50 line for special R499 per month as it showed coverage in our area only to be told coverage was blocked in the area and Metrofibre was no longer available there. Then he signed me up for Frogfoot 30/30 and I advised it should only be activated on 26th of January 2023. Ever since, the building of our house has been delayed by a month or so. Frogfoot stated that they can do installation so long and I can request starting date which I stated to be only from 1 March 2023. Tania and JJ from the Frogfoot team advised that we will only be billed once we plug in the router. We have only received the router on Monday. Then we also received an email stating that we have gone live on Saturday 20 January 2023. Technically RSA web breached the contract as I have only requested from the 26th of January 2023. When I phoned them to request extension for activation, they advised that it is not possible. Thus they have breached our agreement of activating it earlier than what I agreed upon in the order so I would like to cancel my order without paying any penalties and exit fees. I want to exercise my rights according to the consumers protection act, please. I have the router here which can be collected. It is still with me sealed in the box. We will still use Frogfoot as provider, but will use the services of Afrihost and NOT RSA web
