Disgusted by this service multiple tickets and still having internet issues, there is no internet connection at all.

I am really tired of this now again Internet connection down I can’t afford to be offline already missed 5 days of work because of this stupid connection either fix this or I’ll have to take legal action because I have a had inconsistent connection with you guys and I’m paying full price for a service that has not worked multiple times I really feel I need to be compensated for all the down time I can calculate the down time is way more than 2 weeks this is ridiculous have not had one single week where my connection was stable. Since October 25th I’ve had no connection that has been ongoing issues since I first started with this company and I’m really upset about this because this is disgusting service and really upsetting me and just want things to be sorted I have had it up to here with RSAWEB, Vuma came here and helped me 3 times still having connection issues either get a manager to reimburse me for the 4 weeks of inconsistent connection and services or I’ll take legal action for services not rendered after payment.
