Disgusted by the lack of service

I moved from Afrihost to Rsaweb and my start date with Rsaweb is 1 December 2024 which fell on a Sunday so I understand I couldn’t get activated yesterday because it was Sunday.

Today I have been messaging the whatsapp line the whole day and probably got about 3 messages back since exactly 8 this morning, and the staff who was so friendly when signing me up is not responding anymore since I’m basically already a customer that helpful friendliness is gone.

All I’m trying to get my fibre activated or set up so I can use it but I can’t seem to get assistance from anyone.
