Disgusted by pathetic service

"RSAWEB is a hosting & connectivity provider, focused on providing high quality Fibre, Cloud, Hosting, ADSL" - quote from RSAweb website. Clearly service is not a priority for them. During the whole process I had to keep following up as no one had the courtesy to get back to you (their first email to you promises to send you updates every 2 weeks). The fact that project co-ordinator Zoe Voges handles your case, does not mean that your case will be dealt with effectively or even timeously. This particular case has been going on since June last year and all that is left is the porting. After numerous emails and phone calls to Zoe (several of which she promises to call you back personally and let you know what is happening), I am no closer to finding out what is happening than I was 8 months ago. Coupled with that, when you call reminding her that she was going to get back to you, she reminds you that it's not her department and she will get the relevant people to contact you directly...
