As a business owner who runs a remote business from home employing 4 at officers and countless in the field. Not being able to connect to the internet is the worse thing that can happen to me my business it's employees as they cannot work I have lost thousands of rand's as a result of this despite having to buy each employee at the office individual data. What is the point of selling us UPS backup battery's if you this is what you are doing. Despite making numerous calls and emails they even closed their phone lines. Now what has gotten me really disappointed is that having asked many of the friends family and employees who are under the same subscription with RSA WEB & Octotel is that all of their wifi's are up and running however we because to stupid lazy idiots who installed the line I suppose did not want to install a separate line, instead just added an additional. Then you get people like Chad who you text with with via their website has the audacity to advise regarding a month notice period for cancelations. I mean do you guys not have any self respect knowing this is a disaster and you have not contacted anyone to advise of this inconvenience yet you feel the need to impose cancellation clauses and fee's. As a business owner myself losing a client is one thing however disrespecting a client says alot about the values of a company and it's employees.
