Disappointment after disappointment.

I really trusted this company seeing good reviews and all.

My internet worked for a week and suddenly went off. I tried to call many times, I held for 10 minutes till someone answered. The consultants are nice people but they don't get things done. They follow a script that takes a long time and next thing they log a ticket. And i never get updates on the so called tickets till I call again and it is as if I just called first time.

I tried the online chat, and it is worse because they want screenshots but the internet is not working, and it is close to impossible to access the modem and continue chat.

I am very disappointed. As it has been 4 days without internet. No technician called or came to my place to just troubleshoot. It always ends up with a ticket.
