Disappointing service which I expected

This is my second bad review for RSAweb.

This time I had to migrate my line, even by doing my due diligence and giving them over a month's notice I have encountered numerous problems.

There is no follow up at all from their side, my first call to check on the migration led to me discovering that Octotel contacted an incorrect number and canceled my order( no verification done)

I'm now at day 4 with no internet, working from home and having to buy huge amounts of data.

If you are forced to have any contact with their call centre be prepared to babysit them. In order to get any sort of service you have to call to follow up each day to make sure something is being done.

I do not want to blame any of the individual consultants who have attempted to assist me, it seems as if the company is structured in a way where effective customer service is impossible.
