Disappointing

Talk about a let down. I had high hopes coming from a competing ISP but RSAWEB's customer service is non-existent. I have been trying to ask for a solution in moving homes but it is clear that my requests are bothering them, so they've just stopped responding. I have now asked for my service to be cancelled and I will reluctantly pay the R3000 cancellation fee, just to get rid of this awful experience. Even asking for a cancellation confirmation clearly seems like too much effort on their part, as I've been waiting for one for two days and when I follow up, I am ignored on the live chat. Completely unprofessional and disappointing.
