Disappointed 😞

Very disappointed since I did my relocation. They never cancelled the old address. I was billed for both the old address and the new address. After spending almost 3 hours on the phone, I thought we had sorted it all out. Not so easy. I keep getting suspension notifications, yet I'm paying more than the amount agreed on. Monies are not being allocated. The accounts department are not in unison. One person says one thing, the other something different. Each department says something different. All I want to do is sort this out and nobody gets back to me. I'm sorry I recommended clients to them 😔
