Deducted money after paying my account

I normally pay my account EFT every month 25th, now RSA WEB has deducted the money from my bank account on the 1st of March. I emailed them multiple times and was told it would take 72 hours to resolve the matter. It is now a week and two days later! I did give them a call on the 8th off March and was told by them the lady doing the refunds will contact me before the end of the day, but did not! Don't know what to do as I have to pay accounts with that money and RSAWEB just does not worry!!! Please help
