Deducted funds for a service that was never delivered, Worst service ever.

Worst service ever received. Ordered fiber and told to pay 3500 ZAR for delivery of the router and box. When asked to cancel they still deduct 2000 ZAR from account for "service delivered". When I called the service center they hung op on me no less than 4 times. Eventually when requesting a manager I managed to get a response from a somewhat reasonable individual. I informed them that I am want to cancel and they refuse to action it. Yet I get billed for a service I am unable to use. In short, would not recommend to my worst enemy. For a company that claims it has the best customer support it is an absolute atrocity.
