Debit order fail 3 months with charging interest for a mistake they make
Since February my debit order has been late and I get charged extra interest when the money is available from the 25th for deduction.
Every time I have to email and comment on everything before I get a response to pay my account.
Meanwhile I get charged extra for your poor ****ing services. This is ridiculous man!
