Debit order dates.

RSAWEB are not flexible when it comes to debit order dates which can be an inconvenience to many including myself but when it's convenient for them to change the date at the end of December then they can just notify you and that's that. Instructed on demand with no input from the customer. This is not good customer service RSAWEB and your policy should change as other companies have no problem with flexible debit order dates for the customer's convenience.

We appreciate you reaching out to us regarding your concerns. As was previously discussed, the reason for the debit order date changing in December 2022 was due to the 1st of January 2023 being on a public holiday and so was the 2nd of January 2023. the only viable date available was the 31st of December 2022 for all customers. As per our policy if you have been a customer for 12 months and more you would then be eligible to change your payment method to EFT from direct debit. Please understand this is not only for the security of our customers but it safeguards the business as well.
