Customer Support Useless

I bought a 100MB Fibre line with RSA web, had it for about 6 months, and wanted to upgrade to 200MB, as 200MB became the same price as 100MB, then RSA web said I must pay R390 for a new Router and the old one to be collected to work with the 200MB after I had paid for 200MB, then I was upset because other providers are giving routers than can handle 200Mbps why is RSAWeb giving me a router that cant be upgraded anyway said I want to cancel and go to a provider who will give me a router for free, then they threaten me with costs because I havent been with them for 12 months when I had Fibre before so all they sent me was a router didnt have to run any Fibre cables etc... Anyway just poor service eventually they downgraded me to 50mb, as I dont want to give them more money and they still say they did me a favor because it would be a fee normally to downgrade, anyway month to month means nothing with these guys, to me they just a company that mainly cares about making the most money possible from clients and support takes days to respond etc and also had different staff tell me different things and kept apologising, very annoyed and cant wait to leave and go to a provider who cares about their clients and is more organised.
