Couldn't even sign-up as a hosting client

Absolutely ********** ! I've spent 2 weeks trying to open a Business Hosting account, have NUMEROUS tickets back and forth. Their online webform to get started is broken, and I've not managed to get a support person to assist in fixing it. The final straw was yet another support agent asking questions that had been answered in the previous support email. Absolutely useless !... not a chance that I would ever recommend them.
