Complaint on billing that I do not have the product for

I am writing this review in disbelief of the manner RSAweb dealt with my request. After having many discussions with them.i cancelled the order way before it was delivered. And I was informed that it has been cancelled. Last week I received a billing for service which I don't even have with them.

After an couple of emails I sent to them informing them that I never received the product. Today I received a notification from my bank that RSAweb as deducted R650 from my account. Not sure for what as I do not have any sort of business with them. I've been trying to contact them but can't get through the number. Please help Hello Peter.

I communicated with many people there and confirmed that the order has been cancelled.
