Chat users totally useless.

Spoke to Aiden from accounts. I asked him what my account ballance was and the only thing he told me was that I had to pay a reconnection fee and then he ended the chat. I then had to go through the chat to someone else in accounts and they confirmed to me that my account is paid up and that I owe RSAWeb nothing. This is totaly unacceptable. Their representatives defenately require more training on how their own systems work. I am realy dissapointed with RSAWeb and if I knew beforehand I would sign myself up for a fixed term contract then I would definately not have signed up with RSAWeb.
