Charging for more expensive package, but line remains same.

They changed my fibre package without my consent to a higher priced one that supposedly give higher speed too, charging me an additional 200 rand extra. However 2 months later the speed still remains the same as the lower tier package, however they taking a substantial amount more money than what I agreed to. When i enquired, they said they don't offer the lower tier one anymore and moved me to the higher one automatically, without my consent, however my line is not guaranteed to be upgraded to the higher speed one and will remain the same indefinitely until further notice. Tried to cancel and now I am required to still make installments at this higher priced one for the next two months. Also as an IT company, you should be ashamed how your MyRSAWEB website is ridiculed with bugs, javascript and server request errors, but that's for a different review 1 star.
