Hi I'm a first time client of rsaweb isp company signed up for a promo deal so when I went live with their fibre they changer the promo deal saying its finished when we were suppose to start with the deal this month now to cancel just in a weeks time they wanna charge me for canceling but they changed everything what can I do?
