cant cancel

The service from this company .... it took nearly two months to get them to instal (in the interim went onto the Web Page as well as emailed them several times to rather cancel so that I could find someone more reliable. Unfortunately the telkom side was already in process. Eventually they put in the modem, but didnt connect me or tell me how to connect. Eventually after many emails and telephone calls they assisted us online. So in effect we connected ourselves. Bearing in mind that I was previously connected so all it took was delivering a modem and connecting us which they did not do. I have been trying to cancel and still receiving bills.... this is so frustrating. We see this is typical of RSAWEB.......DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
