cannot cancel service

<p>We have been trying to cancel a service with RSAweb. This is a company that locked us out of our server whuch caused 2 days down time for our clients. We had to go to them to show them what they had did and they responded with 'so sorry'</p> <p> </p> <p>Our cancellation has been fraught with</p> <p>- please email support@ who says email accounst@</p> <p>- both take up to a month to respond with 'so sorry for slow response'</p> <p>- after sending proof of corrspondance the one department the other asks the same and so forth</p> <p> </p> <p>They now wnat to enforce another year of enforced contract after 1st trying to convince me my 3 year old contract was only a few months old</p> <p> </p> <p>DONT deal with this company </p>
