Cancelled Order - Still Getting Hounded by Courier Company

I ordered fibre on 16th November 2022 and was never contacted about installation now on the 5th December I contacted RSA Web to cancel my order and then all of a sudden I get calls from the courier company saying they are delivering the router and I will be charged for this. Keep in mind I had no fibre installed at my residence yet and was not even contacted by OpenServe or RSAWeb. I spoke to Moneeba and requested for my order to be cancelled and she confirmed that it will be, now I am still getting calls from the courier company and sworn at. Why would you send my router AFTER I requested my order to be cancelled and nothing was installed or even planned for it to be installed.
