Can someone listen to the call
I have nothing but bad things to report about one of your agents, David, who is not only rude but extremely unprofessional. Firstly, he failed to get back to me to help me order the service and today he is just rude on the phone with no respect for clients whatsoever and if you hire people like him to be your face/voice then you are not going to last in this highly completive market.
