Absolutely shocking experience!

I was billed over R1000 extra due to your own incompetence and now it's about 4-5 weeks of trying to get my money back to no avail!

Every week I have to deal with a new consultant who asks the same questions as the previous person, only to be told the exact same thing....."I cant resolve this, it must be escalated to retentions and someone will call you"......still waiting for weeks!
