Good day, Grant, RSAWEB fell victim to an attempted ransom Cyber attack (https://mybroadband.co.za/news/security/479051-rsaweb-hit-by-ransomware-attack.html). We do apologize for the inconvenience caused. Due to our PBX VOIP systems being down, we made use of alternative methods to send out a communication to our customers to ensure everyone was notified via automated emails sent from our no-reply email address *** on the 1st of February along with text messages, and regular updates via our social platform such as Facebook and Twitter. We were unable to post a net notice due to our website being down. Our number 1 priority was to keep our clients informed.
Best regards,
