Blame shifting and the client suffers

Not sure if the problem with my fibre service is with RSAWEB or Metrofibre, but each company is trying to pass the blame to the other, neither accepting responsibility and in the meantime, I the client is the one without service. I might as well just get myself a RAIN router, allot less hassles and excuses.
