Black Friday Focus + Legacy Pricing

I’ve been an RSAWeb customer for years, but their Black Friday deals made me realise something extremely disappointing. While browsing their site, I discovered that RSAWeb is offering: • 150/150Mbps for R379pm on Black Friday (R845pm normal price) • 500/200Mbps for R589pm on Black Friday

Meanwhile, I have been paying R999pm for the same 150/150Mbps line.

So during Black Friday, RSAWeb was offering faster packages at almost half the price of what I’m being charged. Even their normal pricing is far below what loyal customers like me are billed.

To make things worse, their support channels are not helpful. WhatsApp support is slow and generic, and email support provides no clear explanation or resolution. It feels like you’re left to figure everything out yourself while still paying above-market rates.

This experience has honestly damaged my trust. Loyalty should not mean paying more than everyone else — especially when the company runs public promotions that expose how outdated and inflated your pricing really is.

I hope RSAWeb reviews how they treat long-term customers because this is not it.
