Billing Issues
We just started with an account with RSAWEB, however regret due to customer service. Incorrect billing, bounced debit orders due to that and the only feedback we receive from the team is: "We will make a note and resolve asap", even the consultant confirmed by saying on the line: "Notes has been made but no action". The connection itself is fast and sufficient however reversed regarding the team. It is a no from me.
