Beyond pathetic & uncaring

What a joke!!!! We’ve been begging for help BA cause of the intermittent connectivity problems and pathetic line speeds we getting, since end March. NOTHING!!!! NO RESOLUTION!!!

Today our line is totally down!!!! ZERO INTERNET.

Not my wife or I can connect to work and do our job, so we can earn the money to pay these guys for ZERO!!! My daughter can’t connect to do her school work either!!

We’ve been begging RSAWEB since Instalation date for a resolution and ZERO!!!
