Best ISP I've met in a long time.

From when I initially bought my subscription (I needed to be connected in a hurry, and they did a great job being friendly, helpful and FAST) - to my recent fibre outage at home when I managed to EASILY reach a support tech in the middle of the night, and get the problem sorted out there and then, RSAWeb people have only ever been reachable, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, empowered and quick.

One more example: My phone conversation with the tech got cut off due to loadshedding; it wasn't 2 minutes later when my phone rang, he had called back to finish helping me.

Not only that, once we had the root of the problem sorted out, he gave me some great advice for changing my network layout at home to improve our experience.
