Bad, unprofessional service provider

Worst service provider ever. I paid them on the 28th of last month but they still suspend my service on Womens day but they do not have anyone available to unsuspend the account on Womens day. Now they claim that they cannot unsuspend the service only the people from accounts can do that only tomorrow. They never send me a notification to inform me that they did not receive the payment that I send them proof of but the decide to do it and now I have to waste my airtime on ***********, unprofessional people that can not even attend to a stupid customer complained but they are there to service their customers. My child's assignments for varsity has to go in later now due to their lack of communication. I regret the day I had this service installed at my house.
