Bad technical service

I have been contacting them a couple of times now. They do help. But my problem still persistent. My wifi drops signal any time of day. And I use everything on my internet. They won't even send a technician out. I have plug in and out the rooter and the out side port everyday. Even as I'm writing this my signal mess me around. And I have been with then almost 3 years. With the same router.
