BAD SERVICES FROM RSAWEB

Since lockdown begin I use RSAweb as an ISP. on the 1st of May 2022 I have been double up on my speed from MetroFibre . i use to have 100/100MBs, but was double up to 200/200. now this is where all my problems started. first RSAweb want to upgrade my contract with then to a 200/200 line what means it will cost more, after about a week talking to different people at RSAweb they understand that this is a free double up from Metrofibre to its users. My line speed stay below 100 for the download but my upload speed drop to below 10MBs. my router was replaced but my download speed stay below 100MBs and my upload speed are now below 5MBs. I am struggling with the service from RSAweb since the middle of May 2022 to fix this problem. The problem was escalated to Mertofibre who verified that my line is re-provisioned. RSAweb keep on believing that my line and router is correct, but their is nothing happening from RSAweb side to get my speed up or down over 100MBs ever is i pay for a 200/200MBs line. this is the worst service that I received from RSAweb. I am starting consider another ISP, you have to pay or else. come on deliver to you promises'.
