bad services and they want free money

when i started with rsa web they said it is a month to month contract. In the month of May i was unable to pay for my services and was disconnected by the 15th of May. On the 20th of my i received my statement with June charges aswell when i contacted them they said i must still pay for June even if my services was suspended due to them.

i told then i understand for the month for may but i cannot pay for services that i didnt use. they said i must it is what it is.

i then paid the 2months only to be told i have to pay an R845 for a administration when i ask the consultant admin for what, a suspended line a line that you guys suspended they said yes hence the R800 i just paid for the month of June that i had no services l.

At the end of the day they want me to pay an amount of R1400 for that is for admin and a month of unused services. They want free money.

im very discussed of the whole process and no mater what you ask them they cant even give you a relevant answer.
