Bad service - RSAWEB

I am very unhappy with RSAWEB. I experienced no internet connection from 31/08, reported it 2 days later and was advised they are experiencing a problem in certain areas. The 6th still nothing, constantly on the phone with their support team 6th,7th an only on the 8th September i was connected again. I sent a mail advising i am not happy as a paying client as they would disconnect me if i skipped payment. I was advised by Tashreeq Philander that this was not their fault but Octotels but yet i have a contract with RSAWEB.
