Bad service from RSAWEB
Did a migration with RSAWEB nearly a month ago and I still do not have my Fibre installed. Called them numerous times, I asked to escalate the matter but no one helped. This means that I am paying for Fibre without using their service and there is no talk of compensation as I need internet due to work requirements. Really poor service from them and very unprofessional as I was moved from pillar to post. I would not recommend them at all!
