Bad service, feedback and lying.

The only reason I gave you a 1 star is because it wont allow me to write a complain or else I would have given no stars. Bad service provided by RSAweb, for 3 weeks I have been struggling with support and helpdesk to assist with activation after receiving my router and still no one knows what to do. I have spent so much time on the phone with RSAweb and all I get back is " we have escalated the issue". No one calls back for feedback and to make matter worse you lie, you say you have logged a ticket with frogfoot but when I follow up with frogfoot they say there is no open tickets, all previous tickets have been closed. I wont recommend RSAweb to anyone and will be cancelling...I wont be surprised if RSAweb wont credit me for already charging me since the 20th of June when I cancel the contract...I wont recommend RSAweb to anyone.
