BAD SERVICE

Good Day, I took a month to moth with a RSAWEB who came to my house while local fiber was being installed in our area telling me that this is an advance month to month contract, I pay for services I will be then using the next month, then also advise if I were to be financially strangled then I can take a break then come back when I'm settled as my contract is month to month in advance. Fine for few months I was Ok then came Sept things went south took a break I did not pay for Oct services were suspended which then I understand. Now I want resume my services for month of March they telling I have to first pay for October bill which I have never used as its a month to month contract and services are being paid in advance for the month to use also now billing me on top of that reconnection services which over and above the monthly bill I pay that when I was sold this, I was never explained such, I called them trying to find still and agent is insisting but not giving me clear explanation why am being billed for a month I never used, I asked him to escalate the issue he refused to do so telling me it is what it is. What a service left me hanging like that.
