Bad service experience

If I could've give RSAWEB no star it would've been good. RSAWEB is really not the best ISP that one did think they are. We are living in the 20th century end there billing system is still going down to the in the 19th century. I have raised numerous concerns and i did even ask to speak to a senior manager but was blocked out. This company is really not fore filling the needs of the clients and the bucket is pass from one person to another. I seriously don't want to be associated with such an ISP, they are not up to standard.
