BAD SERVICE EXPERIENCE AS A NEW CUSTOMER

Today I experienced the worse service ever from an ISP. There was absolutely no care and empathy after explaining mad stress full situation to an Accounts team member. My experience has as a new customer with RSAWEB is 10% satisfactory. I requested to speak to a manager to raise this concern and create awareness so they can work on fixing this type of poor customer and was basically denied the request. I want to speak to a manager that cares about the people paying their salary ASAP. This treatment is not acceptable for a paying customer!
