Bad Service
As an existing client of RSAWEB I am so frustrated which is an understatement. I have been reaching out as I have been receiving numerous calls and emails from attorneys Bredell that my account has been handed over to them & now threatening that I am going to be blacklisted. Yet my line is active & my account is up to date. I reaching out to RSAWEB regarding this matter since 2024 yet I am being told that their legal team is going to phone me back to no avail. If this matter is not resolved as soon as possible & my credit score get affected I am taken further action as this has been going on far to long.
