Bad service and incompetency

I recently installed there services.They are service providers for fiber internet.They did not send me invoice or a statement and then suddenly sends me a sms and email stating that they will suspend my account for non payment.I then paid the amount they told me to pay and sent them the proof of payment but to astonishment they sent me anothe email stating that thy will suspend my account for non payment and i rep**** with the proof of payment again and this just carried on. There accounts department is very *********** and don't know what is going on.They now suspended my account for no reasons. I tried calling them and there is no answer ,i then when to there on line chat and there as well they are very slow and unhelpful am now at my tethers and will not recommend this company to any one there service is pathetic. I am thinking of changing my service provider.
