Bad Service and feedback, stay away

Ordered LTE, received my sim after a week. But nobody can assist me on activating the service. Not only did I wait a week, I now sit with a service paid for and nobody can assist or even give an ETA on service activation. RSAweb says the courier needs to rica it. The courier says that RSAweb needs to RICA the sim. Absolutely ridiculous
