Bad service

I did have an account by them,I cancel my fees 3 months ago with them,then in August they sending me a mail and say my fees is first cancelled in August but I cancelled in 2 months before that,guy phoned me and asked me why do I want to cancel and then I told him and did he will fix everything now I get an sms where the handed me over and still waiting for them to come and collected the router and everything.
