BAD SERVICE
Its been a disaster with 0 communication and a chat bot that does not work as well and does not provide any support on complaints being logged. When dealing with the whats app channel its a pillar to post scenario and when you do get a call from them , you get the classic "manager not available" as well as refusal to give you a managers name who is apparently going to call you back. Sadly I'm a brand new customer to them and if this is the level of pre sales support received. I can only imagine what the rest is going to be like.

30 Aug 2025, 11:15So to add insult to injury , they never bothered responding to this . Also I never did get that call from the "manager" who may or may not exist. Now the issues had become a connection issue and boy are they not providing any service AGAIN. I'm getting the "SLA" is X , yet I'm stuck without services while they escalate to their IP provider to resolve... So basically "its not me" issue , and they have to wait for the other guy..
