Bad service

I placed my order with an agent Luigi who confirmed my order is placed with openserve and that installation will take place from the 1st of August as I placed my order 27 July. Today 5 August with daily follow ups with various agents David, laeekah, i get my order placed with a installation estimated for only 26th of August I would not have signed up if I knew that it would take 3 weeks as I work from home and specifically took 2 weeks annual leave for installation to complete. This was an urgent request and Luigi informed me in writing which I have a copy of the transcript of time frame he also confirmed a debit order date of 9th August now I'm being told differently this was such bad service as I'm a new client signing on
