Bad service

Had to cancell my move to Rsaweb whithin the first couple of days as things just started going pear shaped..... All I want to do is cancel.....,............ It's being two months and I can not get a straight answer from anyone in that company. Dozens of emails and no one bathers to reply... Probably the worst service I have had from any company...
