Bad service

I moved to fibre because wifi in our area has always been unstable during bad weather days. Since I moved to fibre my internet has been off more than my neighbour's who has wifi. I phoned tonight because the internet is off again, weekly occurance. To be "assisted" by a very sarcastic "helpdesk" assistant Juan, who refused to give me his surname. He asked me questions and assumed that I am one of those customers who does not even know where to switch on my computer, and continued with his condescending answers, then he then mentioned that he has been taking calls since 1 o clock the afternoon, when I asked him if he wants to answer me sarcastically. Clearly this company are overworking their support staff and forgetting to train them how to properly handle customers. Then I was told that Octotel is the problem, when I informed him that my neigbour is with a different hosting company and they never the problems that I have, I was told they are lucky. Clearly this company does not care about their Customers.
